Team Member Badges/Seasonal Perks
Perks must be activated by the team member once per season (Summer and Winter) on our team member shop site below. This will also issue your team member badge if you do not already have one. General instructions are found below.

General Instructions: Follow the link above to the online store where you can purchase the product. After logging in, it may take you to the default home page rather than the hidden team member page. Use the link above again to return to the team member page. Select the product and if you are full-time or part-time. You will also add a spouse/partner and/or kids at this time. Follow the checkout prompts and when you see an order confirmation screen, you are good to go!
Additional info:
- If you already have your badge your perks will automatically be uploaded to your existing badge
- If you need a badge, we only print badges on Mondays and distribute them to managers
- Everyone getting a badge needs to have a photo uploaded to their account
- You can get badges for yourself, a spouse or partner you have lived with for at least two years and/or kids 21 and under
- To log into the shop site – use the email address we have on file for you – also found in your welcome email
- Team Member Perks Product must be “purchased” each season to issue seasonal benefits including dining discounts

- BOYNE Golf | Play our ten world-class BOYNE golf courses in Michigan. Tee times are made by contacting the golf shop. Restrictions may apply.
- Avalanche Bay Waterpark | You and your eligible dependents splash FREE Sunday – Friday. Excludes Saturdays
- The Highlands Bike Park | Unlimited lift access for you and your bike all summer long on the Heather Express at The Highlands.
- Scenic Chairlift Rides | Take a scenic ride at both Boyne Mountain and The Highlands to enjoy scenic vistas and explore endless hiking trails.
- SkyBridge Michigan | Take a scenic walk across the unique SkyBridge at Boyne Mountain to see the Mountain in a whole new way!
- Friends & Family Vouchers | Vouchers are loaded on your account to be redeemed online for both BOYNE Golf and Resort Activities
- 5 – $30 Golf Friends & Family Vouchers – Excludes Friday & Saturday, and Sunday before Noon. Not valid at any time at Bay Harbor. Call the Pro Shops in advance to reserve Tee Times
- 5 – $20 Adventure Friends & Family Vouchers – These vouchers can be used one per person and that individual may choose from one of the following selections:
- Avalanche Bay Admission – Open-to-close Ticket – Excludes all Saturdays and Holidays
- SkyBridge Admission for Two – Open-to-close Ticket – Excludes all Saturdays
- Zipline Tour – One Full Tour – Tour must already have guest bookings
- Spa Day Pass – Open-to-close access to hot tubs, steam rooms, sauna, whirlpools, fitness classes, fitness center and pool at the Spa at Boyne Mountain – Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
- Bike Rental – Half Day Bike Rental or 1-Hour Pedego rental – Excludes Saturdays & Holidays
- Retail and F&B discounts loaded on your Employee Badge.

Marriott Perks
The new site for our Marriott cards and friends and family discount cards is now available!
The site is mhub.marriott.com. Once there scroll down a short ways and you will see a number of boxes one of which will say Explore Discount. When you click on this you will be taken to a new web page where you can print your card or any friends and family cards. There will be a purple action box in the top right corner. Here is where you will print your Marriott Card or your authorization forms. If you have any issues with your login, please contact aschwalm@innatbayharbor.com
To print one for a family member or friend you will need to do the following:
- Click on guests in the bottom left
- Click on add friends or family (if they haven’t been added before). Please note that none of your previous family or friends lists were transferred from the old site so you will need to add everyone again.
- Once added find their name under immediate family or extended family and friends, click on manage near their name
- Finally select print authorization form
